Manoli - the result of a new creative space - was born in summertime.

She struggled to see the light as she was born in a space where nothing had yet been created.

I wanted to make a radiant, dazzling and optimistic lamp.

I chose the colour blue because it conveys confidence and tranquility.

I used wood in order to add warmth to the lamp ensemble as it neutralises the coldness of blue and grants the ensemble solidity and strength thus evoking protection and security.

Manoli is a loyal, harmonious and robust companion.
